Shipping, Refunds & Exchanges

Shipping & Processing: 

PRINTED VINYL PROCESSING: Any order containing TGG's printed vinyl will see an increase in processing time. These orders are printed and processed in a queue. We do not keep an overflow of inventory and prints. As of 05/28/22, any order containing printed vinyl will process between 4 - 9 business days. This will not be the expected standard processing time. Please allow us to get this new system for our vinyl collection up and running.

• All orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-4 business days after an order has been placed. Processing times may increase during busier seasons.

• If you purchase items such as the TGG Tacky Tape they will ship separately from any other items you purchase. There will be no additional shipping charge for these items. You will receive two tracking numbers and any shipping you pay is only for the other items in your cart, not the TGG Tacky Tape.

The TGG Calendar ships free when purchased with additional items (excluding the TGG Tacky Tape) The TGG Calendar will always ship separately and when purchased on its own or with TGG Tacky tape there will be a small shipping fee. 

• Free Shipping for orders over $100 (Before taxes and after discounts). *P.O. Boxes CANNOT be used for Free Shipping*

• Please Note: USPS & UPS estimated ship times are IN ADDITION to our processing times and are completely out of our control. UPS SURE POST and UPS GROUND are different services with different estimated transit days.

- UPS SURE POST = 7-10 business days from ship day.

- Add-ons will NOT be offered, unfortunately its just too much to keep      track of.

• First Class packages have NO insurance and will NOT be replaced if damaged/lost/stolen.

• Priority packages are insured through USPS, if there is any damages or missing items from your order please take multiple pictures of the packaging and e-mail them to us at Help@theglitterguy.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Double check your shipping address. We will NOT be responsible for any packages sent to an incorrectly supplied address.

Double Check that you entered an email address during your checkout. Tracking numbers cannot be sent to phone numbers.

- Tracking numbers are generated and sent automatically via email when orders are fulfilled. Please check your spam folders to be sure you're accepting our e-mails.

 

Refunds & Exchanges:

Refunds and/or exchanges will NOT be offered for any reason. In the event that an exception to the cancellation policy is made, a fee of $20 will be deducted from your refund.

• Once an order is placed, ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
• We will replace any faulty UV light within 30 days of purchase
