Shipping, Refunds & Exchanges

Shipping & Processing:

- All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days  after orders are placed, although processing times can increase during busier seasons

- Please Note: USPS & UPS estimated ship times are IN ADDITION to our processing times and are completely out of our control.

- Add-ons will NOT be offered, unfortunately its just too much to keep track of

- First Class packages have NO insurance, and will NOT be replaced if damaged/lost/stolen

- Priority packages are insured through USPS, if there is any damage to your order please take multiple pictures of the packaging and e-mail them to us at theglitterguyhelp@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order 

- Double check your shipping addresses, we will NOT be responsible for any packages sent to an incorrectly supplied address

Double Check you add an email address @ checkout, tracking numbers cannot be sent to phone numbers.

- E-mails with tracking numbers are sent automatically when orders are fulfilled, please check your spam folders to be sure you're accepting our e-mails

Refunds & Exchanges:

- refunds and/or exchanges will NOT be offered for any reason

- once an order is placed, ALL SALES ARE FINAL
