Shipping & Processing:
Current processing times are extended to up to 10 business days.
• All orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-4 business days after an order has been placed. Processing times may increase during busier seasons.
• If you purchase TGG Tacky Tape or the Value Vinyl Box there will be no additional shipping charge for these items. Any shipping you pay is only for the other items in your cart, not the TGG Tacky Tape or Value Vinyl Box.
• Free Shipping for orders over $75 excluding tumblers (Before taxes and after discounts).**
• International orders get an AUTOMATIC $15 shipping discount on orders over $25 (or tumbler orders over $50)

• Please Note: USPS & UPS estimated ship times are IN ADDITION to our processing times and are completely out of our control. UPS SURE POST and UPS GROUND are different services with different estimated transit days.
- UPS SURE POST = 7-10 business days from ship day.
- Add-ons will NOT be offered, unfortunately its just too much to keep track of.
• First Class packages have NO insurance and will NOT be replaced if damaged/lost/stolen.
• Priority packages are insured through USPS, if there is any damages or missing items from your order please take multiple pictures of the packaging and e-mail them to us at Help@theglitterguy.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Double check your shipping address. We will NOT be responsible for any packages sent to an incorrectly supplied address.
- Tracking numbers are generated and sent automatically via email when orders are fulfilled. Please check your spam folders to be sure you're accepting our e-mails.
Pickup Orders:
- Pickup orders are usually ready within 24 hrs.
- Pickup hours are: Mon - Fri 10am - 2pm EST
- Closed on Holidays
- Bring your order confirmation with you for pickups
Refunds & Exchanges:
• Refunds and/or exchanges will NOT be offered for any reason. In the event that an exception to the cancellation policy is made, a fee of $20 will be deducted from your refund.
